The Copeman Medal will be presented to Graeme Kirk, the hero of the High Court's judgment in Kirk v. Workcover. The Medal will be presented by Paul Houlihan and the dinner speaker will be Malcolm Davis, the lawyer who did the hard slog in getting the case to the High Court and to its far-reaching outcome
